Philip Chen

Mr. Chen joined Infinity in 2008 and is now the President & CEO of Infinity Capital. As a member of Infinity Capital’s founding team, he has actively helped raised many funds, closed dozens of deals and served as the board member of many portfolio companies. He has brought 20 years of experience in strategic planning, operation management and fund investment. Now he focuses on investment opportunities on Nova Materials, Intelligent Manufacturing, Energy Conservation, and Environmental Protection and Healthcare. He had been a judge of the “China Innovation &Entrepreneurship Competition” and was named "Top 10 Angels Investor" of Ningbo.

Previously, Philip was a Senior Manager at Capgemini Consulting, where he had led a number of consulting engagements to help the leading China SOEs and listed companies for Strategic Planning, Technology Empowerment, Organization Transformation, and Optimization of Operation. Prior to that, Philip worked at Sinopec, was actively involved in the establishment of the world leading Engineering Plastics Plant, and had many roles as an R&D Engineer, a Production Supervisor, and a Sales Manager.

Philip received his MBA degree from Fudan-MIT Sloan International MBA Program and holds a BS in Polymer Martials from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.
