Frank zhang

Frank Zhang joined Infinity in 2022, based in Shenzhen. Mr Zhang mainly focuses on healthcare and medical area. Before Infinity, Mr zhang, with many years of experiences concering IPO, PIPE investment, debt and medical financing, worked at CMS IBD and CR group. Representative financing cases include Junshi Bio，Huiyu Pharma，and Bicon Pharma, and other M&A cases of hospitals in Shandong Province and of central SOEs.

Mr zhang graduated from JHU Carey business school with graduate degree and from CUFE with Bachelor degree. Mr zhang is CFA and sponsor representative in HK.
